OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of delaying the senescence of human diploid fibroblast (2BS) by total flavone of Ginkgo biloba (FG). METHODS: The drug sera of FG was used to treat the 2BS. RESULTS: FG significantly extended the population doublings of 2BS cells, and decreased the expression of P16 mRNA.
