Article missed two of the most effective

This article has left out two of the heaviest hitters for mild depression and anxiety.
For anxiety, even in competition with benzodiazepine drugs  drugs, L-theanine has proven to be safer and in the long term more effective.
For light to mild depression a new form of GABA is amazing. This product is GABAtrol and we have seen results within 30 minutes. However, GABA by itself is ineffective.
Also what about Vitamin D3 for SAD?
