Over the past year on this Substack, many of you have joined me in exploring the deeper currents of health freedom, sovereignty, and the politics of bodily autonomy. What I don't often speak about here is the foundation beneath all of that work -- the twenty-year arc of building and stewarding GreenMedInfo.com. It has quietly informed every investigation, every stance, and every insight I've shared with you, fulfilling hundreds of millions of searches and generating billions of page views around the world.

Today, for the first time in a long while, I want to bring these worlds together and share where that foundational mission is heading next.

Because this moment isn't simply about updating a platform.
It's about honoring -- and evolving -- the structure that has held our shared commitment to natural health for two decades. GreenMedInfo was built with a single purpose: to ensure that scientific evidence supporting natural and integrative medicine could never be erased, buried, or dismissed simply because it disrupted profitable narratives. It was designed as a refuge for truth, a living research commons, and a lighthouse for those seeking answers beyond the pharmaceutical framework.

But twenty years in, the world has changed. And so have our technological needs and capabilities.

The need for accessible, trustworthy natural health evidence has grown exponentially. So have the forces attempting to suppress it. And the original system -- as faithful as it has been -- simply cannot carry what this moment now asks of us.

What has made GreenMedInfo remarkable -- and uniquely vulnerable -- is also what has made it powerful:

It has always been entirely people-powered, completely ad-free, and freely accessible in more than 200 countries. We've served the world without paywalls, without corporate sponsors, and without compromising our independence. The only reason this library has survived is because real people -- people like you -- kept it alive, shared it, and used it to make informed choices when no other resource existed.

And that is precisely why the rebuild matters now.

We made the decision to rebuild GreenMedInfo not as an update, but as a complete re-envisioning -- a full reconstruction from the ground up.

From the very beginning, GreenMedInfo was meant to be a public good: a place where evidence supporting natural medicine remained visible even when it was inconvenient, unfashionable, or actively suppressed. And over the years, that mission has been tested again and again:
