Water: 5 Ways It Heals Your Body

The quality of our water is of extreme importance in our health, especially considering it is the primary building block of the human body. It amazes me that folks still drink tap water, given the 600 genotoxic and carcinogenic disinfectant byproducts contained within municipal H2O.[i] Go to a high end restaurant in NYC, for instance, and you will be accosted with solicitations to drink the highly prized “filtered tap” that they pass off as somehow beneficial to your body.

Water is life, no doubt, but we need structured water, that is, water that comes from a natural source: either from a deep, non-contaminated reservoir, such as Mountain Valley, and preferably delivered without bisphenol laden plastics. Glass is the key.

That said, do you know that water is highly therapeutic? In fact, it competes with blockbuster drugs for effectiveness in reducing symptoms of disease. Take a look at this report we produced a few years ago, showing that Water Extinguishes Stomach Acid 175x Faster Than Some Drugs.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg. As regular users of our site may already know, we have over 1700 natural substances indexed, with over 24,000 abstracts supporting these claims, showing their value in disease mitigation and/or treatment. Water is one of them.

Here is our page on water’s medical value in 30 diseases.

Now, let's delve deep into the literature on deep seawater, considering that for most of us this is not a product that is yet available, but which speaks nonetheless to the value of substances naturally occurring on the planet with profound value in healing:
